Abundance and Its Role In Communication / Partnerships

From my perspective it seems that in our current society when the idea of abundance surfaces it is usually being referred to in the realm of finances and some sort of financial gain or prosperity. I'd like to offer another perspective. Before we delve into the discussion, and for the sake of this article, let us roughly define abundance as being a large amount of something, or having more of an experience, or outcome. This can mean having both desirable and undesirable connotations, but for this article we will be discussing the desirable variety. Consider that abundance can take on many forms and appear in many aspects of life, not just in the financial realm. Abundance might synchronistically appear in various situations that allow for more happiness, time, joy, interconnectedness, peace, clarity, creativity, etc.

Now that we have a quick and dirty definition, let's evaluate how abundance applies to partnerships and it's role in communication. Communication is a fantastic avenue to help cultivate more abundance in our relationships. Abundance is what is experienced, desirable or undesirable, and communication is what allows or facilitates the level of abundance. Effective communication can get you there. Let the communication process direct and lead to the desired outcome.

Let's pose some questions to evaluate how you currently experience abundance in your relationships. Are you experiencing an abundance of desirable experiences or are they undesirable? Both? Do you want more of one type of experience, and less of another? What if your desired result is to have an abundant communication process? Do you want a better quality of, or more instances of intimate communication? These are just some questions that are posed to get us thinking in terms of how we can use the communication process to facilitate a desired change leading to a more fulfilling and rewarding experience.

When we consider viewing abundance in a more expansive way, we allow ourselves the opportunity to witness more experiences of abundance taking shape in our lives. This article focuses specifically on linking communication as a method to have an abundance of desirable experiences in partnerships; however, we don't want to limit abundance to just this role either.

I sincerely hope that this article helps open you up to a new perception of abundance, and how effective communication can be used to facilitate new levels of abundance in your life.
