Too Deep In The Rabbit Hole?

I recently posted a TikTok video on this subject, and I thought it would make for a good article too.

So can one go too deep in the rabbit hole? When would be a good time to climb out and re-center yourself in order to keep some perspective? Let's try to answer these questions.
First off, I love conspiracies. Everything from Tartaria, the false light matrix, fake history, agenda 2030 (although that really isn't a conspiracy at this point), transhumanism, 13 bloodlines, free energy, all of it. That being said, I do think it is easy to lose perspective when in the rabbit hole.
At some point, you have to be able to pull yourself out and not let it affect your mental well being. I’m coming from my own experience here, and perhaps I'm projecting a bit, but getting too wrapped up in this stuff caused me to consistently keep a lower vibration due to depression, fear, and all of the other low frequency vibes.
The truth is important, and I would never discourage anyone from attempting to find it. But while we are investigating our favorite topic(s), there is a pivot point where we can get too immersed and start to lose our perspective.
I think the goal is to stay in a place of neutral observation. We want to know what’s going on, without getting too wrapped up in it and letting it consume us.
Another aspect to consider is the idea of controlled opposition. This exists. We have confirming information on this topic. Operation Mockingbird, anyone? It's a function of the intelligence agencies, and a main focus in psychological warfare. But don't fret!
When you know what consciousness is and how it operates. You can see how these subversive tactics are used to influence people into creating the very reality that the controlled opposition agents are exposing and promoting via their various means of dissemination. By focusing so much on the conspiracy, we in effect, create what they want. This gets amplified as the number of people believing something is true increases. Until the point that critical mass is met.

I think the next step in the evolutionary process is to go from learning about the truth, to turning inward and focusing on your own spiritual practice and things like your multidimensional self, meditation, the other realms, manifesting, etc. Because if you can’t take the information, and integrate or transmute it into your experience in a positive way, then is the information really serving you? We don't want to get stuck hyper focusing on the conspiracy because that is when it can start to affect our mental wellbeing.
Here’s what we know for sure, 100% without a shadow of a doubt: You know your own experience. All else is what someone is telling you.
This is what I normally tell people: If you really want to know what happened in Atlantis, if the earth is flat, or round, or what’s at the moon, astral project there. Get into the akashic records and download the information. Learn to traverse the unified field.
As human beings, we all have this power it’s our birthright. And really, it’s the goal.
Ultimately, you want learn how obtain the information from a first hand experience. That is what it’s all about anyway, right? Learning what in the world is going on around us.
Terrence McKenna hit the nail on the head when he said "You have to take seriously the notion that understanding the universe is your responsibility, because the only understanding of the universe that will be useful to you is your own understanding."
If this topic and similar topics are interesting to you, follow us on our TikTok where I'll be focusing on conspiracy related topics coming from a spiritualist point of view and how this information can be used to enhance your practice rather than detract from it.
