What is Divine Feminine Energy?

Recently, we posted a video discussing qualities of the divine feminine and masculine energies that may be present in every individual. We discussed three qualities of the divine feminine from our perspective that includes: the state of being (receiving), intuitive wisdom, and holding the space (waiting). In this article, I would like to further discuss what these divine feminine energies encompass in my perspective.

The state of being, receiving energy, is the feminine energy in the flow of allowing what is while also being open to what can be. When we are in the flow of acceptance; in the state or condition we are currently in physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually, we are better able to attract and receive. This flow is where the ability to receive magnifies. If you are content and accepting of your current finances with gratitude that you can pay your bills instead of focusing on how paying your bills attributes to lack, you will be in a better place to receive an increased financial flow. The state of being content with what you have with genuine acceptance, gratitude, thankfulness, and peace allows you to cultivate the art of optimal receiving.

Intuitive wisdom is the feminine energy that gives a voice to our true inner knowing. This inner knowing usually cannot be explained by the physical reality or logical mind. It resides in our being and manifests through our feelings. We feel something, such as gut instinct, that cannot simply be ignored and often permeates our thoughts without a clearly identified explanation. This intuitive wisdom could be described as a collection of our past or current experiences coupled with an increased ability to discern our environment from utilization of our senses. Being open to trust intuitive knowing allows us to cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves. However, it is important to decipher whether our inner voice is actually the voice of true intuitive wisdom vs the voice of our ego.

Holding the space, waiting, is the feminine energy of patience and inaction. This space takes a step back to review all aspects before moving forward in a desired direction. When holding the space for the next opportunity or decision, there is pause for self-analysis. Sometimes, it is better to hold the space and wait for more information, instead of jumping the gun to make a move that may not be in your best interest. Honoring this space will allow you the time necessary to carefully consider and integrate the information you need before taking action.

Each of the qualities discussed honors the divine feminine energy present in all individuals regardless of gender. When we honor the state of being and where we are, we are in a better place to receive. When we cultivate and trust our inner knowing, we develop intuitive wisdom that helps us discern our environment. When we hold the space and wait to take action, we allow ourselves time to process and integrate information before deciding on our desired direction. By recognizing and appreciating the feminine energy present within, we can better allow moments of authentic, balanced self-expression.
